Gerry was on time. He has a professional carpet cleaning machine. First he sprayed the carpet, then he used the machine to thoroughly clean the carpet. There was one area (a stain) under the radiator that the machine could not get to, so he scrubbed this by hand which removed the stain. The overall results were excellent. And the carpet was slightly damp but not soaking wet which was very pleasing (as the machine sucks up most of the moisture). He is polite and good value, so I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.
