Gareth has done great work for us in the past and for other members of the family. When our sockets stopped working on a Sunday afternoon I messaged Gareth asking if he could come out on Monday. He called me back within the hour and we sorted it out over the phone. Turns out the puppy had chewed through a cable and tripped everything! I did not expect a response on a Sunday - incredibly helpful.
