They said to me they would arrive around 9am not specifically at 9am. I sent pictures previously which they took days to respond to and I had to send follow up messages to get a response. I then was running late due to my toddler not having a good morning and so was on my way back home when I get a call then a text straight away saying they called and no answer I called them back 30 seconds later and they said they can't do it today now. I was like I literally called 30 seconds after you did and the response was well you should see it from my point of view. No apology no way to sort it out.

They were very quick to reply and gave me a time within minutes, came the next day dead on the time expected very reliable company
