Contacted Gary for advice 7 years after our building work was completed. He responded promptly and was happy to assist. As always perfect gentlemen, would highly recommend.

Gary and his team did an amazing job extending our house. He was contracted to complete a two-storey extension, open the kitchen/ dining room, and create a smaller single storey extension.(snug) Gary oversaw and supported on the build with team working in all weathers. They were so professional, reliable, hardworking, and very competent at what they do. The work was completed within timescales and to a very high standard throughout. We appreciated Gary’s experience /opinions and his open and honest approach and the follow up service. We would not hesitate to recommend Gary and the company.

Gary has done superb job. Before work started he had given detailed week wise schedule and he always completed all milestones on or before time. Workmanship was perfect. After the work was done, the site was immediately cleaned and tidied. I have recommended Gary to my friend and there as well he has done same excellent job. I would recommend Gary anytime.

We met Gary, along with 5 other local and recommended builders, in summer 2024 to quote us on a 5 metre depth single storey extension to remove an old conservatory and replace with a new kitchen/dining and living area, and utilise the old kitchen space into a separate study. Gary was friendly, honest & competitive and we chose him based on this. The whole project was managed seamlessly & efficiently to time with Gary’s guidance, advice alongside Mark and Connors hard work - those guys are a credit to the Cunninghams team! The project was finished ahead of schedule and we’d choose Gary again!
