We were looking for someone to repaint the outside of our house and first repair a lot of wood, including windows, mouldings and gables that had rotted over the years. Local company GC London Carpentry came to quote and we were impressed that the owner took time and explained clearly the work needed, including the painting. The team carried out a thoroughly professional job and the exterior of the house has been completely rejuvenated. Importantly, the final price was as quoted. Any extras were agreed in advance. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend.

We are very happy we found Gary- he incorporated my ideas into the design, was open to the use of a new material (rattan) and created a beautiful and extremely well executed bookcase system. He thought ahead so that the details like light fittings worked perfectly and worked with our builder to coordinate electrics. Kept me up-to-date with progress in the workshop and had it done on time. Also really nice guy to have around. Will be recommending to friends!

Gary has done two different carpentry jobs for us now, and both were completed to a really high standard. Gary works so efficiently, communicates clearly throughout, and keeps things very tidy as he goes along. A pleasure to have around and would really recommend.
