The walls are alright, odd drop of gloss on them but the were covered up. The glossing is shocking, not a chance the wood was sanded before hand, the gloss was already started to peel about a month after the job was done. Can see the wood through some of the gloss, cutting in is horrible. If you are flat walls and no cut in then go with these but if gloss and cutting in is involved I’d avoid.

The walls had very old wallpaper on them which was in poor condition but you asked us to just paint over it and the woodwork had had numerous layers of gloss over them over the years so we sanded the best we could without stripping them which wasn't requested when I quoted.
I have offered to regloss all the woodwork again for free but you have reclined.
I always aim to give the best service I can and aftercare.
