  Boiler issue

  Very happy with Greg's professional service, I needed my boiler looking at and he came first thing next morning and sorted the issue, this is my second time using Greg and long may it continue, Genuine nice guy who sorts the issue and is very reasonably priced.

  Bathroom 1st & 2nd fix, tiling, new radiators

  Got worse and worse as time went on. Instructed Greg to leave the job and not return as his standard of work/ workmanship was terrible. -fit radiators on angles -fit radiator legs off centre -fit mismatched TRV’s through the house -radiators not secure on wall -several leaks in bathroom (5 in total, 3 in basin) -put 2x drain down valves upstairs, fit 0 downstairs -fit radiators so skirting boards couldn’t be fit underneath What a regret it has been using Greg. Had a replacement plumber come to look at rectifying the work, he couldn’t believe what he was looking at. DO NOT USE.

  Friendly, Competent Boiler and Gas Expert

  Greg serviced both my gas fire and my boiler. He was friendly, talked through everything with me, showed me how to use the gas fire and calmed all my fears with it. He was very meticulous and clean and tidy. He pointed out an issue with my very old boiler and suggested that it should be replaced. He carefully explained why it needed replacing but that the decision was entirely up to us. He booked us in for a new boiler install, three weeks later, for which we were thankful for as he is extremely busy. Best advice ever, as the boiler leaked two weeks later. Greg certainly knows his stuff!

  Air source heating servicing

  Greg was very good for air source heating servicing. He was very thorough for the checking and cleaning the heat pump and the water tank to. I would highly recommend him. He was excellent!!
