Even though it was a weekend, less than two hours after I called, Gal had already arrived and diagnosed the problem with an unusual lock. He fixed it quickly, kept me informed throughout, left everything very tidy and charged exactly what he quoted on the phone. I would wholeheartedly recommend GB Lock and Key LTD and will use Gal again should any other doors become problematic.

Gal was extremely professional throughout.We had a difficult job getting new car keys for a new car after losing them.Gal did all the running around , contacting the dealership and getting what was needed.He met us at the car and cut the keys and got us on the road again.We had to wait a few days because of the codes needed but Gal kept us informed all the way.
