He got out super fast, and he knew exactly what he was doing. Sorted the problem without any messing about. Really decent guy, explained everything properly and didn’t try to upsell me anything. I was very happy with Gezim's work. He repaired a boiler which I might otherwise have had to replace, saving me upwards of £2k.
