  Super Plumber!

  Every time I’ve had a plumbing issue over the last few years I call Gavin and he always delivers. To quote Tina Turner he’s ’simply the best.’ She may not have been talking about Plumbers but if she knew Gavin’s work she could have been. He is always reliable. His work is faultless and his prices are reasonable. If you need a plumber look no further. You’ve found the best.

  Bathroom basin taps replacement

  In life you need a trustworthy roofer, electrician and plumber. Gavin is now our plumber. His work and attitude are exemplary. Pleasure to deal with and is competitively priced. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

  New boiler

  Another first class job from Gavin. Our boiler packed in on a Monday in January and by Thursday Gavin had fitted a brand new boiler with minimal disturbance and first class workmanship. At every stage Gavin was completely transparent and neutral when presenting the upside and downside of repair versus replacement. When it came to choosing the new boiler Gavin gave us a range of pricing and cost options with no pressure or preference to choose one over the other. Integrity, honesty and service come as standard with Bilbe plumbing.

  New radiator

  I asked Gavin to quote for replacing a radiator in my kitchen with a bigger one. He was happy to quote but also listened to what I was trying to achieve and suggested a different and better solution. A second radiator close to my desk where I really needed the heat. I hadn’t considered that and it wasn’t suggested by another plumber who quoted. So very happy with Gavin’s advice and also with the work which was done very well and all was left tidy. New radiator fits perfectly in the space and I’m now much warmer when working at home!

  Create new shower room

  Gavin was an excellent find - he is diligent, knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble and he brought solutions to unforeseen challenges. He solved problems and brought experience which proved invaluable. He was flexible and worked around other trades at the same time, his timekeeping and attention to detail was very good and he's very personable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him - an excellent plumber and we will be asking him back for further work.

  Thermostatic control and a new control handle fitted to current shower

  Gavin was very efficient and tidy. He fitted the new parts and kept me informed of the proceedings. Gavin cleaned the original parts to remove limescale before replacing these in the cavirty. He disposed of the old parts.
