Gavin did a fantastic job for us when he resealed our leaking walk-in shower. His communication was great and quick right from the start, and when a previous job overran slightly on the day, he kept me totally informed of when he would arrive. His quote was fair and accurate and he explained exactly what he was doing, completing the work thoroughly and carefully. He left the area tidy and the work looks neat. Very happy and would thoroughly recommend Gavin.

First class. What seemed at first to be a straightforward job involving a leak in one shower revealed bigger problems (not Gavin's fault or responsibility at all) and Gavin went to great lengths to resolve the issue. Recommended without hesitation. A really pleasant person to do with business with.

Great job on both the showewr cubicles, toilets and kitchen worktops. Everything looks so much brighter and neater. Wouldn't hesistate to recommend Gavin to anyone!

Gavin came out to see me, was very professional and provided an estimate for the doing the work. I replied to accept his quote. After that, I didn't hear another word from him, neither to acknowledge that I'd accepted the quote nor to keep me up to date - whilst 50% of the work was external, therefore need good weather, he did not let me know where I was on his list. After several weeks where I just assumed he was too busy, I left a message saying that unless I heard from him I would look for someone else. Never heard another word from him and I wasted 5 weeks of time getting done.
