  A new garden room/summer house

  From the point of contact after seeing a recommendation I couldn’t fault Henry. He wasn’t pushy, he was honest and made you feel at ease. The work started around 3 weeks later after we designed it together. There were two, occasionally three of them each day. They were no trouble, always punctual, and as tidy as they could be with the awful weather we had! Nothing was too much trouble, and if we came across any challenges, it was rectified quickly. All I can say is thank you Henry and team, we now have a beautiful new garden room which we can use every day! Can’t recommend them high enough!

  Henry and his team were very helpful and accommodating at all stages of the design and construction. They are good and reliable tradesmen and they have produced a lovely well built garden room of real quality, everyone comments on how lovely it is. Highly recommend

  Garden Room Build

  Henry and his team were great from start to finish. Clear communication throughout the job with top quality finish. Every member of the team was friendly and decent making the experience that much better. Henry was fairly priced in the context of the market and would make the same decision again. Henry also helped do some out of scope jobs through the project like fencing , which again was to a very high standard. Highly recommend.

  Failure to correct major issue

  We have an unresolved dispute with Henry at GGR. Having had a garden gym built Dec23/Jan24 with 3 bi-folding doors, In early April I needed to open up all three doors. Issues started and I found myself shut inside my gym! Henry has been out tweaking things- it’s not the solution. He’s left us with doors that leave the upper track when open and hang unattached on a chopped in two bottom rail trim. An account of what he has left in his wake needs airing for others to take heed of his approach to his business. I will update this review when the doors are safe and effective for their purpose.

  Garden room

  I can’t recommend Gavan Garden Rooms highly enough. They built a beautiful 8x3m garden room for us for use as a pottery studio. Henry is super organised and extremely hard working, very reliable as well as responsive to our ideas and needs for the room. I couldn’t be happier and am so excited to put the room to use. So impressed by their work that we’re already planning our next project! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Henry and his team.
