The engineers arrived promptly at 8:30 and got straight to work. They were professional, hardworking, and extremely tidy throughout the entire installation. I was kept updated at every stage, and they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Once everything was fitted, they even moved the beds back into place and gave me a full walkthrough of how the system works and the best ways to use it efficiently. Before leaving, they made sure I knew I could contact them for any help, questions, or issues. Both engineers provided fantastic service from start to finish. I’m very impressed

If you are thinking about booking Brandon, do it immediately. He fitted two LG air conditioning and heating units in our house and I can honestly say we have never had anyone more professional working in our home. Everything was spotless, tidy and organised, he worked incredibly quickly and the finished result is brilliant. The units look fantastic and work perfectly. Casey was also lovely and made the whole booking process seamless. Out of all the tradespeople we have worked with, Brandon and Casey are right at the top of the list.

We arranged for an air con service on some units we inherited on purchasing a property. It was super easy to organise and arrange a date and time that worked for us. Brandon was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, helping to answer any questions we had whilst carrying out the service of the air con units. We are so pleased with the air con service carried out and communication received from booking through to receiving invoice, that we will be back for our next service when needed. Can't recommend using Gates-Bennett AC Services Ltd enough.
