We had an issue where our boiler constantly lost pressure. We had that checked and no fault found. So we enlisted the services of Greg. Unfortunately, after spending all day, he was unable to find the leak (floors very thick).He returned the next day and repeated the process but still no joy.Rather than quitting on us, he suggested a plan to isolate where the leak could possibly be, and after a process of elimination, he returned and with his perseverance / determination, found it and repaired it. His communication was first class. He is polite, timely, professional, tidy, dedicated. Top guy!

We called in Greg to try and discover why we had mushrooms growing along the skirting board in one room. We were aware that there may be a long-standing leak as our water bills had been high for some time, even after the meter and valve were replaced and checked for any leaks. Using his pressure testing kit Greg discovered an incorrectly fitted 20 year old join under the kitchen cabinets and repaired it the same day. He then provided on the same day an extremely detailed and professional report for our insurers. I would have no hesitation recommending him.

Greg was amazing! We had been struggling with a persistent pipe leak that previous professionals could not locate or resolve. Greg found the leak and fixed it in the same day. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone who requires a leak detection.

I had a water leak underground but not exactly sure where. Greg came round when promised, found the exact place of the leak, dug up the concrete and repaired the leak. It was a cold wet day but that did not stop Greg, he worked hard all day to repair the problem. He then emailed me a full report which I submitted to Thames Water which saved me paying my £10k bill. Greg’s a great honest guy and would definitely recommend and use him again. Hard to trust some tradesmen but Greg restored my faith.

Greg consults regarding options and a customer's preferences, arrives on time, works efficiently and tidily and documents the work meticulously. He's polite and considerate. Highly recommended.
