I cannot recommend this company enough. Greg was so helpful even before he attended to inspect and resolve the issue. He was informative, friendly and very understanding. I would definitely use them again if needed .

We were told that we had a leak at our property in NW London by Thames Water. They could not locate the leak. Greg was extremely helpful over the phone. He came out and detected the leak really quickly and then he fixed it! Thank you so much Greg! We would highly recommend this service.

I found Gate leak detection via checkatrade when had a emergency leak in my home and from initial contact with Greg he was genuinely committed and kept me informed when he was going to come and when he arrived he pretty much knew what was required and got on with the work. He was courteous and his work was very clean and he completed the work updating me of the progress his findings I would highly recommend him and his company

We called on a Sunday about a suspected water leak under the floor and Greg arrived Monday morning! He was very polite, friendly and professional. He explained the whole process to us as he was doing it. He located the leak under the floor exactly to the spot so he only needed to remove a single tile and repaired the leak straightaway. He was extremely thorough and tidied everything up afterwards. Later that day he sent us a full report to present to the insurance company. I thoroughly recommend Greg and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.

We had a leak that was finally discovered by Greg that no other workman could seem to find. I cannot recommend him enough he was friendly, polite and took the time and effort to find the source of the leak which was by all accounts a very tricky one to find. When the leak was found he made it very clear to us what the problem was and what the next steps would be. Communicated well to us before, during and after the visit. Very, very pleased with the work carried out! Would recommend him to family and friends in the future.

Excellent service, from providing a quote all the way through to finding the leak, carrying out the repair and replacing the flooring. It wasn't a straightforward job but Greg communicated very clearly with us throughout and took great care in all aspects of the job.
