Prompt arranging of appointment and reliable communication. He was fairly late due to traffic, but despite this he rang me and kept me in the loop with expected ETA and to check I was able to see him later/ managed professionally. Friendly and efficient service.

We needed our boiler serviced in order to complete on the sale of our property. We put out a request on Checkatrade to get someone over as quickly as possible. They replied really quickly and we got someone organised to come over on the same day really great service really happy

Competent, hard-working crew. Always cleaned up at the end of every day. Lent us 2 heaters to keep us warm until heat pump was commissioned. Friendly, cheerful and always willing to give advice. System not correctly set up at first but Stuart came along and fixed it immediately it was reported.

I have used this company several times, and have been very impressed with the quality of their work, their excellent time keeping and reasonable prices. I would have no problem in recommending them to any future customers.

I made an enquiry for a possible heat pump and spoke with stuart. He was honest and booked a home visit which I was happy with as many others wanted only to do an online quote. He attended on time and we went through positions for the unit. We had a good chat about all that was involved. We received the quote and it was a little higher than we expected but after looking more into it found it was the best value overall, the service was brilliant and the install took just over 4 days. Very happy overall
