  Gas combi boiler breakdown

  Sunday emergency call-out, no heating or hot water. Hamza responded really quickly, travelling from Crewe (40 miles) to fix the problems. He had everything up and running perfectly within an hour, and explained what he was doing at every step. His knowledge and efficiency were superb. This was the first time we have used Gastup, but will always use again in the future. So good to find someone with such pride in their work. Will recommend without hesitation. Many thanks, Hamza.

  Boiler inspection

  Hamza was really quick to pick up the job (less than a minute from posting) and promptly gave me a call to discuss the issue. He came the next morning and fixed the boiler in an under an hour. He was polite, efficient and talked through thoroughly the issue and how he was resolving. His knowledge of boilers and how they technically work second to none. Very impressed with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use again
