  Chris was warm and friendly on the phone, and flexible with my tenants limited availability for access to the house, repair carried out as discussed and agreed, and cost was reasonable even though we hadn't agree a price prior. Left the area clean upon completion. Would definitely use again and recommend.

  One of the very few people I've had in more than once. To me that says alot. Decent bloke, genuinely helpful, not in it to bleed money out of you, neat and efficient. Would highly recommend.
