Dean managed to book us in ASAP for our boiler service and gas safety inspection. He went above and beyond and took the time to explain every step of what he was doing and how things worked so we could see exactly what had been done and added to the boiler. Highly recommend!

Dean arrived in no time at all for an emergency call out - we had no boiler pressure/leaking boiler and a leaking radiator and he fixed the boiler and made the radiator safe for us, then checked and bled our other radiators. His rate was very reasonable and we were very pleased with his work, thanks Dean!

Dean is a miracle worker (x6). Have a 15yr old boiler that a stuck diverter valve so no heating. Phoned Dean and he was able to come over within 4 hours on a Friday afternoon! I’ve recently been laid off, so getting a brand new boiler was not on the cards, even though we were planning to do. There were so many other things wrong with the diverter valve array and the motor it was not looking good - but Dean seems to excel at problem solving.. he didn’t give up. Outcome… we have heating again. Will definitely look to getting Dean round in six months to fit a new boiler.

Dean came round to service my boiler which hasn’t been serviced for over 5 years. He came round beforehand to familiarise himself with the boiler and then came back at a time convenient to me. When he came he was friendly and knowledgeable and told me things about the boiler and ways in which I can try and save money. Really lovely guy would definitely recommend him.

Dean was punctual, friendly and really helpful. He fixed the issue and also gave me good advice about what I will need done in the future without making it sound like a hard sell. Will definitely be using his services again
