This is the second time Dean has done work for me and I would not hesitate to ask him back. He showed great determination to get the system up and running again, and to explain what he was doing.

Dean has been amazing used him a few times now, this time he actually managed to save me alot of money as he went out of his way to see if it was under warranty and registered, real genuine guy and brilliant at his job.

I can’t recommend Dean from Gastech Westcliff highly enough. When my old boiler recently gave up the ghost, he provided the most superb service from start to finish. He is incredibly knowledgeable about what he does & gave us the best advice about which boiler to choose. He installed it as quickly as he could & kindly left us with some great heaters, so we weren’t cold while we were waiting. The installation was done perfectly & Dean’s advice about how to run our heating system cost effectively was so helpful. Dean’s a real perfectionist, very clean & tidy & a lovely fella to boot.
