From the initial call to completion of the repair ahead of advised schedule service was excellent. Polite, informative and friendly. Called Gas Smart to help with a horrendous underfloor leak. Shay came and was fantastic. He was really persistent in figuring out where the leak was, consulting us on every step of the way (Which bits of the bathroom floor to take up etc!) When it came time to do the fix, there were other unforeseen issues and Shay went above and beyond to get an actual fix in that day to limit the damage as much as possible.
