very quick reply to the request. Great communication and explained everything they had to fix. When one of the new parts was faulty, Eli had quite a travel to find a replacement, really lovely guy.

The work was agreed at a fair price and completed very quickly. No fuss, no issues, exactly what you want from this sort of job. I moved into a new house and didn't like the look of the gas hob: I was concerned it wasn't safe. I asked GS NE to remove the old job, adjust the hole in the counter and to source and fit a new budget hob to see us through until we get a new kitchen. They did just that. Very pleased and happy to recommend.
