Excellent service throughout... Job scheduled quickly; work performed efficiently without fuss or drama. no mess; polite and quiet engineers. Great follow-up via phone from company. I recommend GSH wholeheartedly and wish other similar trades would operate this way. Feel a bit mean dinging a point or two... only because they forgot to fit a promised part (which was corrected the next day). Well done chaps, I am immensely impressed!

Slightly delayed appointment time 2 hrs but well-informed 9+/10, installation same day anyway. Professional installation 10+/10. Informative installer helpful knowledgeable 10+/10. Competitive quote 10+/10, marginally more expensive (few pounds) at most upfront but offset by quality, professionalism and hugely impressive aftercare and support, so actually less expensive in the short and long term. Only criticism should have sweep up the exterior debris when fitting the flume Highly recommended compared with both local and national quotes
