    Excellent service and installation of my new boiler and Hive control by Gareth and his team took great care whilst in my home and left everything in perfect working order. Would highly recommend this company really pleased.

    Well priced, knowledgeable company

    I highly recommend Gas Safe Hero. Matthew and Ethan arrived to do a new boiler install for me and they were absolutely amazing. Floor protection put down over carpets, full explanation about what was going to happen, full run through of everything after installation was complete and all cleaned up before they left, and finally a thank you to Nathan for calling out to do the survey and quote a very reasonably price and getting me fitted in with a quick installation date. I can now go back to work happy knowing that my boiler is now in my control via a hive app.

    Gas Safe Heroes!

    We had been thinking about getting a new boiler installed after our old one leaked yet again, and had Gas Safe Hero out to give us a quote, which we found to be very good value as we got some added extras as well as extended warranty, so we decided now would be the time to go ahead. The engineers arrived on Monday 19th January, after letting us know they were on the way, and got straight to work removing our old boiler, and installing our shiny new appliance! The lads worked none stop while they were here, and our boiler was fitted and done before 3pm! Excellent, would definitely recommend!!

    Very professional service

    We can't praise Gas Safe Hero enough. Nathan came out on Wednesday, did what he had to do, gave us a great deal, by Friday afternoon the new combi boiler & everything else was installed & up & running. They left the place absolutely spotless. Gareth did a fantastic job, he was very informative & professional. We were let down badly by British Gas, but on reflection it turned out to be a favour!     Excellent Service and Quick Resolution

    I had an issue with my living room not getting very warm, so I contacted them to make a complaint. They responded quickly and handled everything very professionally. They added an extra radiator for me at no cost, and the difference is amazing. The room now heats up perfectly. I really appreciate how seriously they took my concern and how helpful they were. Great service and customer care.
