Very happy with this experience ! Paul came out the next day after me messaging and he got the job done even though I had been told my another company that it couldn’t be done and would be very expensive, Paul was able to get it done quickly and efficiently and told me I could contact him if I had any questions or queries after.

Excellent service, would highly recommend

Paul was excellent from start to finish . I was held up in traffic getting home . He was friendly and patient . His customer service was excellent . Nothing was too much trouble . He also checked my gas appliances and gas coming into my home as part of the service he gives. He also rang ahead when ten minutes away and rang afterwards to check everything was going great . What Paul was unaware of I delivered world class customer service for Large companies and have done for British Gas . His customer service as well as his engineering skills are superb . Delighted with the cost also .

Engineer called me as soon as my job was posted Informed me of the call out charge and possible charges for parts if necessary Offered to call out the same day I asked if he could call next day. Called prior to attending sorted the issue right away Reset and tested boiler Happy with the job and advice given by Paul the engineer
