Steve from Gasman Direct was the first tradesperson to contact me. He offered an appointment quickly and advised a tentative price upfront. On the day he arrive the boiler was leaking as well as de-pressurizing and evidently there were a lot of visible (to us) issues with the boiler. He offered to replace the parts or the opportunity to get a new boiler for us. He then asked if we were under a warranty and contacted the manufacturer for us. Turns out the work was covered and they would resolve. Really impressed and he's probably saved us circa £400-500 at least.
