My boiler stopped working and started emitting a strong smell of gas. Having searched on Checkatrade for someone to come and look at it, I received a call within half an hour, despite it being a bank holiday. He immediately reassured by knowing the boiler model and talking me through what to do in the short term. When he arrived on the day, at the agreed time, he was polite, friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the problem immediately, had the parts in the van, and effected the repair within half an hour. The bill was a lot less than I was expecting. I would have no hesitation in recommending

Steve turns up on time, comes immediately if an emergency. Sticks with the job however difficult until the problem is solved. Very pleasant disposition. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
