The experience was fantastic as always. Fitted quickly and professionally, price was good. The engineers were punctual and helpful as always. The receptionist and booker Mandy fitted us at our mutual convenience as she we had no heating or hot water. We also spoke to Gary the owner and he was charming and understood what we needed done. Everything done in an efficient, courteous and timely manner. Very polite engineers who worked well with the engineers who were installing new gas mains in the vicinity.(Could easily have been a difficult situation.) Overall we are very, very pleased and now have a new boiler working very well indeed.

From initial contact with Gary on the Thursday, he visited and provided a quotation within 24hrs. From then, his team were on site after the weekend - which was extremely appreciated and positive. I came home to hot water streaming out of a pipe flooding the ground floor. With my husband out the country I panicked. In a state I called GMH who were very kind and Gary and a colleague came immediately and calmly located the issue and stopped the flooding water for me. A new tap and pipe and were needed which Gary is sending me quotes for. I couldn’t be more grateful.
