Gas+ repairman troubleshooted the problem and found that I had a bad pump. Found the pump was obsolete. Repairman remove the pump. took it apart. cleaned it. got it spinning again. The repairman reinstalled the pump and it worked fine. I now have hot water and Heating.

I cannot fault these guys at all! So friendly, professional and the work was quick and perfectly carried out. They were so accommodating and advised me every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend
