I have used this company three times now for annual boiler servicing and a repair. They provide excellent service and good communication. The engineer was pleasant and friendly and the price very reasonable.

Friendly and efficient work at a reasonable price

Turnaround between request for appointment, initial visit for diagnosis and repair appointment was fast (the repair was needed but not an emergency). I was kept up-to-date about when the engineers would visit by a central operator via SMS.

Very professional job. Made an excellent suggestion to provide us with a better end result than expected. Very pleasant people to work with, with excellent head-office support. Can't praise them highly enough.
