I would highly recommend this company. The representative, Daniel, was very knowledgeable and discussed boiler options with me in advance. He assisted me choosing the right one and kept me informed of all developments. He arrived on time and was very respectful to my home and ensured everything was kept tidy and clean. He kindly liaised with a gas company on my behalf and before he left he double checked I knew how to work the new boiler and if I had any questions. Finally , he even put a reminder on the boiler when the annual service is due!.

This company has carried out the service on my boiler over the past few years. When it broke down recently, Daniel came quickly in response to my request. He diagnosed the problem and explained to me what was wrong and the best way forward. He arranged for a replacement part. When this arrived, he installed it quickly and efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Daniel was excellent all around. Flexible with timings and polite and professional. Would recommend without hesitation.
