    Gas Boiler repair and service

    I contacted Marvin came very quickly same day ordered parts repaired my boiler next day morning, he was very professional and friendly and arrived on time. I would highly recommend Gas force direct and use him again in the future.

    Boiler

    I had an old gas system in my house and it was constantly causing problems. A friend of mine recommended Marvin and I called him. Marvin came right away and explained everything that would be done. He sent me an email the same day with an explanation of the price. He came on Saturday morning at the exact time he said and started the job with his colleague and assistant. They worked non-stop all day and finished late. They left the place clean when the job was done. I was very pleased. I recommend it to everyone. This is the first time I have been this happy with a job since I came to England.

    Excellent service boiler repair

    Called Melvin in an emergency situation. He promptly came and diagnosed the problem. Gave me different choices of how I could proceed. Came the following day and fully repaired my broken boiler at a very good price.

    Long term customer - boiler replacement.

    Marvin has now installed two boilers for me, the first in a previous house and second in my current home. He services my boiler each year with no issues. As my current boiler came to the end of its life Marvin provided me with the advice sometimes you don't want to hear but is necessary - time to get a new boiler. The install happened quickly with no mess and minimal fuss, and an upgraded thermostat linked to my phone and Alexa. I did have some teething issues, which Marvin returned back to my home the same day, and resolved leaving at 9pm.

    Thermostat needed replacing

    Marvin and his colleague's service was exemplary. Everything from the initial communication, to the recommendations provided right to the finished service (speed and quality) was faultless. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough.
