Gas Flow Solutions succeed where others failed.

I had numerous call out engineers come out and walk away unable to solve a non starting boiler, Dominic came from gas Flow Solutions and persevered and solved the issue. Excellent service from Alex and Dominic , wouldn't hesitate to call them and recommend them to friends or family.

There were a few hiccups booking my job but Gas-Flow Solutions dealt with them professionally. Job completed and very happy with workmanship, engineer was friendly, courteous & respectful. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent, honest work

Very quick, professional responses and work carried out has fixed my boiler that was malfunctioning. When sickness and a broken van delayed things, they were very apologetic and sought to make things right without me having to ask. Would definitely use again.

Alex carried out a boiler service, a gas cooker inspection and CP12 for both appliances. He turned up promptly for the appointment. Communication was clear and polite. Very happy with the work he did for us.

Replied to my request for a boiler service arranged easily through messaging on the app. Due to circumstances beyond our control for both myself and Dominic we had to reschedule the appt to the following Monday in the morning while I was off. Compensation for the delay on their part was agreed and approved by Alex at the time of rebooking. On the day of the job Dominic arrived promptly and proceeded without delay to carry out the service even placing my wife's concerns aside by explaining everything (wife is nervous due to previous bad experience with gas boiler) would use them again
