Very professional, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

We were most pleased we used this company. The team texted us with arrival times and worked full days. Reece is a first class plumber, his visible pipework was very neat as were all his works. Brad did a good job on the power flush and it has improved the heat output on several radiators in the system. At all times Reece was diligent and careful, with good protection as required. The office always responded quickly and efficiently I am now retired, but I was a site manager for many years and I would not have hesitated to have used them on any contract I was supervising.

The service I've received from Gas Flow has been excellent, they are now our go-to and trusted gas and plumbing company. Dave and his team were all extremely professional, polite, helpful and approachable. They treated our home very respectfully too, taking off their shoes before walking on any rugs or carpets, laying down protective film/blankets to protect floors, and cleaning up after themselves daily. I also found their prices to be very reasonable, particularly as you get the strength of a very big team behind the job - and they all pitch in together when needed to meet deadlines.

I found that their quote was competitive and they carried out the work in an efficient and courteous manner. When I had problems understanding the digital control monitor they were happy to return and explain how to use it.

When called I warm friendly voice of Rachel who was amazing in helping to arrange to have the boiler serviced on the same day and as well as having the avv value replaced as well having the hinge on the boiler panel replaced free of charge the next day.

I've used Gas Flow Hemel a couple of times now. Very efficient and courteous service, and I was informed of the engineers proposed time of arrival beforehand by txt. Engineers always polite and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.
