I had a full house renovation work done, the team came the day they said they would and the quality of work was excellent. Would definitely recommend GEM for any work you need carried out.

The work needed to be done was far-ranging, from removing a small bathroom and utility room adjoining the existing kitchen, to building a new wall, moving a boiler, installing new units, tiling, laying a new floor, laying skirting and decorating. The quality of the work was fantastic. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. The schedule of the project was shared with me, and was, by and large, kept to. If there had to be changes, they were discussed with me in advance. The communication was superb throughout, as was the quality control by the CEO of the company. Highly recommended.

Chris and his team were excellent in all aspects. They provided a great service from the initial visits, to doing the work and staying in touch throughout. Will happily you them again for any future work.

I had my windows and door replaced and some plastering done by the team at GEM and Clint be happier. Everything from start to finish was brilliant and the finish is excellent. They were very clean throughout and worked around my schedules. Overall very pleased and would definitely recommend.

The workers are always pleasant and polite; we were consulted if they had any concerns or questions about what we wanted.
