  Faulty Oil Boiler

  Gascore were very efficient and professional. Rikki attended at short notice to rectify a fault which shut off my boiler/hot water and has since carried out some other minor works. These were all to a high standard. I would highly recommend.

  Second Time, Same Great Service

  We recently had a new gas combi boiler installed in our new home by Gascore. We’d used them just two years ago to replace our oil boiler at our old house, so it was an easy choice to call Rikki and the team again. They were friendly, professional, and gave excellent advice on the best setup for our home. The installation was quick, efficient, and everything was left clean and tidy. We’re very happy with the service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable heating specialists. Here’s hoping we won’t need a third !

  Oil boiler replacement

  Rikki and his team punctual, hard-working, polite and very tidy. Was a pleasure having them here. They were all very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The work was carried out in the timeframe that we were told and we only paid what we were quoted. I couldn’t recommend this team enough, and we will definitely be using them again

  Expertise, honesty, quick turnaround and great communication

  As a college subject lead teacher of T Levels in Engineering, GasCore plumbing displayed all the professional characteristics of an engineer I try to install in my learners including a high standard of communication, promptness, honesty and integrity, and a professional skill set. Rikki definitely gets a Distinction grade in my view.

  Mending broken down central heating

  On Christmas Day a radiator in the lounge came away from the wall and started leaking. On 29th December I rang Gascore and they came the same day (an out of hours call) as they were concerned that we had no heating. They ordered 2 new radiators. A few days before they were due to visit, the gas boiler stopped working. It was old so I decided on a new one. They managed to get the new boiler for the day they were coming with the radiators. They also drained and refilled all the radiators in the house. The installers were very hard working and caring and I would certainly recommend them.

  This plumbing company is the best we have ever used. Prompt efficient friendly and reliable. Everything I need doing they are called. Sam Evan and Rikki all excellent at what they do.
