  A very pleasant young man came to quote and then carry out the works to be done, within last week!! No fuss or bother, clean and tidy. Very efficient. He was friendly and respectful.

  Modification to Central Heating pipe runs and first fitting for bathroom Hot and Cold

  Mike did an excellent job. I was initially stressing over the job as there were two radiator circuit modifications, and new pipework to feed a shower and basin: All this in a tiny space, whilst taking care to avoid, an unfitted shower trap & outlet, under-boarding for a walk-in shower, ...and keep the pipework neat. Mike was clear on requirements from the first minute and set my mind at ease immediately. He worked meticulously, using a laser to ensure new pipework was perfectly level / square. I'm delighted with the job. Absolutely excellent support from GasCare!

  Electric Shower repair

  Fixed a burnt out isolator on my electric shower switch. Electrician was very friendly and informative and completed work to a fast and good standard. Highly recommend.

  Toilet repair

  I was contacted quickly and they were able to come see me the next day for a diagnostic. They got the parts in and where able to perform the repair one day later so all sorted very quickly. Everyone very friendly and easy to deal with and very happy with result.

  Fitting of Hive heating control.

  Good initial contact, date set for job and all OK - until the fitter turned up with the incorrect hardware - I will hasten to add, not his fault and he was very apologetic. The initial job request had been misread and this led to the incorrect hardware being sent out. Fitter contacted the office and they said the job would be rebooked and done at the cost quoted. Office contacted me to rebook and quoted a new more expensive price - this was discussed and they eventually agreed to keep their word to what I was told. Same fitter turned up and did an excellent job, very happy overall. Thanks
