Personally always a slight anxiety when I need work doing. You don’t know what you will get and whether the person is actually going to fix the issue and not rip you off in the process. So if you have those concerns, let me put them ease. GBS attended, looked at the issue, quoted me a fair price, and then called back to book the job. David turned up today. Lovely guy. Clearly enjoy his work. The job wasn’t a particularly easy one today (toilet needed removing and a part replacing). David got on, got the job fixed really quickly, and was just a really pleasant guy throughout. I’ll be getting
