The guys fitting my new boiler obviously new their stuff. I would describe them as polite, efficient and helpful. They told me a lot about the new boiler. I can't guarantee that I took it all in but, so far, everything is going well. I am confident that will continue to be the case. I would certainly use this company again.

PROMPT AND COMPLETE no extras

Personally always a slight anxiety when I need work doing. You don’t know what you will get and whether the person is actually going to fix the issue and not rip you off in the process. So if you have those concerns, let me put them ease. GBS attended, looked at the issue, quoted me a fair price, and then called back to book the job. David turned up today. Lovely guy. Clearly enjoy his work. The job wasn’t a particularly easy one today (toilet needed removing and a part replacing). David got on, got the job fixed really quickly, and was just a really pleasant guy throughout. I’ll be getting

David fixed an issue that we had been dealing with for months. It was not an easy job but his knowledge & experience enabled a good resolution. Would highly recommend.
