Top-notch service from G&E. Family-run, no subcontractors. Rob and Phil were an absolute delight to deal with—friendly, honest, and clued up. Rob asked what I wanted (off-grid), then sent a perfect proposal in 24hrs: ROI in 44 months, £114k savings over 25 years. Install done in 1 day by a superb 5-man team—18 panels, battery, inverter, all tidy. Now paying £18/m vs £200+, exporting £75/m. Already sent the neighbours their way. Excellent service. I enquired a quote for a battery for my system. Rob contacted me and he was the first person to give me a fair quote.ie not inflated then next offer discount. He took time to find out exactly what I needed and gave me advice on the cheapest way to achieve it.i accepted the quote and he very quickly arranged install. The install team are amazing they turned up the day and were friendly and helpful. They explained everything and stayed with me until I understood everything about how the system now works. They provided a competitive quote which we accepted and were happy to answer any questions we had pre install as well as wait for us to be in the position to book an install date.
