Mark was absolutely fantastic to work with! From coming out the next day to check what was needed to complete the job, advising on what was needed before he could start, to fitting me in again immediately once this had been done - the whole interaction was seamless. He removed my old 70s gas fireplace and capped off the pipe so only a small cap was left out the wall (he did offer to recess this into the wall, but it wasn’t needed), a very fair price was given and he was an absolute delight to have in the house - a great conversationalist and very tidy!

Great service as always carried out by Mark today. His professionalism is second to none, very corteous, always arrives on time and clears up when finished. Would highly recommend.

Lynn at Gas Alliance services was very helpful and we were pleased she was able to book us in so quickly. Although it was a small job another company quoted twice the price. The gas engineer was a nice guy, did the job quickly with no fuss or bother. Very happy.
