Nick arrived within the given time frame. He first thought it was the gas valve, so he had to get a new one from his supplier and had to come back after a hour or so. After fitting the valve he realised it didn't fix the issue. After further inspection he found that the issue was a clogged water pipe. He was very professional and honest by not charging us for the gas valve. I definitely recommend him to look after your boiler.

We were without heat/hot water, and Nick was quick to respond. He identified the problem straight away, repaired it efficiently, and provided clear advice on how to avoid the issue in the future. Highly recommend!

Having had a personal recommendations, I contacted Nick at Gas365 requesting a quote for new boiler and radiator system. His response was speedy & patient with my questions, and adding a couple of extra rads. Work was booked in for 2 weeks later and all completed in a couple of days by Nick and Jamie. Excellent from start to finish. Communication was very good, clean and precise, times to come and service my boiler were good for me and the tradesman arrived earlier than suggested and after introductions, I explained what problems I was having and from then on, just got on with the job. He did reassure me that I wouldn't have the same issues again after this service.
