It was a pleasure to have someone to turn up on the time they said; he completed the works with pride as if it was his own home so left the job clean. Anything in doubt or felt needed changing discussed beforehand. So happy with the job already recommended Gary to another couple of our friends.

Gary is one of the best tradesmen we have ever had do work on our house. The standard of his work was excellent and his attention to detail was impeccable; he really takes great pride in his work. We had issues with the bathroom design company selling us unsuitable furnishings and they forgot to send us a shower tray, Gary used his contacts to sort the problem out for us and got one for the next day. We could not recommend anyone more whole heartedly, Gary is extremely professional, hard working and provides his services at a very reasonable price.

Gary Taylor is a very personable plumber/fitter. Listened to our requirements and offered advice to help achieve an excellent bathroom. He informed us of progress at all times, kept to promised dates and times. I would thoroughly recommend Gary Taylor if you looking for a reliable trades person. I have used Gary twice and found him very good on both occasions.

We were delighted with the work that Gary did in replacing our en suite and cloakroom. He was helpful with some initial advice and then reliable, tidy, courteous and did a great job in every aspect from installing to tiling. The invoice was exactly the same as the quote with no hidden extras added! We would highly recommend Gary!

We got this guy in to give a quote which we accepted. We booked the work to start in 6 weeks as we were going away. Just before we went on holiday, I called to confirm everything and get a start date. He said he’d be in touch but everything was as planned. As the work was due to start the week after we got back i messaged him during the holiday but he didn’t reply. I tried again still no reply so I called him and he didn’t answer. I got my wife to call him and he answered but pretended he knew nothing about the job. She reminded him! He said he’d call back but never did.

Gary removed a previous shoddy job (not his) and correctly fitted our shower tray. v happy
