  We were recommended to use Gary Mallett, and the prompt and efficient replacement of a number of slipped and cracked tiles was really pleasing. Added to this we received honest advice about the roof going forward. I will recommend his business to anyone who has a roofing issue.

  Identifying leak and repair

  I contacted Gary after reading so may positive reviews. He was in the area and visited the same day. He identified the leak very quickly (where others had failed) and explained what he would have to do to repair it, keeping us informed at every stage. Although the repair turned out to be more involved than he originally anticipated, he completed the job from start to finish with no interruptions. Gary and his team are excellent workmen, very personable and left us with the repair complete and everything tidy. Highly recommended.

  Repair and resurfacing of flat roof.

  This is a follow up review. Work done on 17/12/2024. Gary has just contacted me to check that the roof is ok which it is. Now that’s what I call customer service you very rarely get that. 12 out of 10 for Gary.
