Steve and his team were lovely, very helpful and reliable. They fixed our roof and installed our new kitchen and we are very pleased with the results.

Excellent work carried out to a high standard. The work come in on quote. No hidden extras. Garrisons replaced the whole of the flat roof in less time than anticipated. Steve redesigned the slope of the roof which corrected a defect left by the previous workmen some years ago. The guys were friendly and respectful towards our neighbours who we share a party wall with. The site was cleared of rubbish at the end of each day. Materials were delivered on time. We were kept informed as to the date the scaffolders were to come and the work started on the date that was promised.

Bad experience with this firm. Had to chase repeatedly for a quote, then chase repeatedly for a date for the work. After a 2 months of waiting it became clear the day before the work started that they’d messed up the booking and had rescheduled it without telling me. They offered the following week which I said I couldn’t do - despite leaving me in the lurch they didn’t come back with a new date that day, eventually replying the following day to offer the date I’d already said I can’t do. Really disappointed given how rated they are here - but in my experience poorly organised and unreliable.

Steve attended very quickly to look at the job. He explained everything that needed to be done and showed me photos of the damage, as I could not see it clearly from the ground. I quickly received a quote which detailed all the work and the costs involved. The work was carried out shortly afterwards with my property being left clear and tidy at the end of each day. The team doing the work were polite and professional. When the job was finished, all the waste was cleared away and Steve showed me photos of the completed work. I am very happy with the work completed.

A huge thank you to Steven and his team . The work was completed efficiently, cleanly, on time and to an excellent standard. Nothing was too much trouble ,Steve spent a lot of time explaining to my elderly mother in law exactly what was happening each day and why , whilst making sure the site was safe and clear for her to continue to potter around in without risk of trip hazards etc . She felt completely at ease and I’m sure she feels not only has she had a good job done but she has a new set of caring , compassionate friends that we trusted 100% . We would highly recommend them .
