Gary responded promptly to my enquiry, visiting site and providing a competitive quote. He commenced the work within two weeks and completed the re-felting on one day. Progress photos were provided before and after and the whole job was completed very professionally. Good experience all round.

I asked for a recommendation and this was the company I was given. They did one side of a roof and later, when we had another issue, they replaced some guttering & did enough work to keep the other side of the roof going for years. Apart from the excellent communication, clear explanations of what needed doing and friendly manner they also didn't push me to have some chimney work done they spotted when on the roof. So often people exaggerate to get the extra money, they said look, this is an issue but you don't have to have it done now.

Used twice and my neighbours have used them repeatedly as well, on recommendation. Would not go anywhere else. Honest, reliable, not dear and also friendly.

Gary reviewed the roof and explained 3 options to repair, replace or upgrade replacement roof which made it easy to understand. He was able to do the job fairly quickly as it was only a 1 day job, and it all looks very good and will now keep out the rain
