Dean and his colleague came out within 3 days although job was not urgent but we explained we were going away. The price he gave before attending was fair and after the work , despite some additional fault finding the price did not change. He replaced recorder and drive , set up and explained app and made sure we were happy before they left. Would highly recommend.
