Called Richard yesterday afternoon regarding my mums faulty garage door. He requested photos sent and very quickly replied with what he thought was the problem, how he would fix it and the cost. We agreed and he went to my mum today, good communication with me on his eta. My mum is now very pleased with her working garage door and said that Richsrd was a very nice guy! So can’t ask for more than that. I’d use again and recommend his service. Thanks
