  Issue with steel roller shutter door.

  Contacted GDR via check a trade site. Advised the issue and GDR engineer arrived as advised. Door checked and GDR advised it was probable the heat. Brilliant service from GDR. Will definitely keep there contact details handy.

  Garage door locked/broken and unable to open

  Called James late Friday afternoon with a dilemma and late request of help for the following Monday. Firstly fantastic customer service starting at answering the call on Friday to finishing the job on the Monday. On arrival he ascertained the problem and promptly got to work to rectify the issue. Took the time to explain how it all works in future if any other problems arouse, and left my father in laws garage door in a much better state than when he arrived. An honest tradesman at affordable prices who I would definitely use again in the future.
