Martin was easy to reach, polite and professional. Considering we had had a good snowfall during the prior evening through to morning, My garage door decided to break leaving me unable to close it and leave my garage contents secure. Martin answered my call and attended shortly despite the snow ! The cable was replaced and Martin ensured the door worked to my satisfaction before leaving. I would highly recommended Martin and thank him for being my 4th emergency service today, much appreciated.

Contacted Daniel on the Tuesday. Described the problem with the door. He said he could see us the next day and would call when he finished his other jobs about 11.00. Daniel called at 11.10 and said he would be with us in 25 minutes which he was. Explained what needed doing and was able to sort the problem straight away. Really pleased with the job and Daniel was very polite. We would thoroughly recommend him to others.
