Clearly did not know what they were doing, caused horrific damage to the project. Used agency labour Work has had to be redone causing significant delays to the project along with additional costs.

Came earlier than expected for my urgent job and went the extra mile breaking up a thick concrete floor to fix damp issues and improve airflow under block and beam. Always on time, always delivers what he promises, even sorted the massive rubble disposal fast. For such hard work, his price is very fair and honest. After two years of dealing with many builders during my renovation, Genci is by far the best. Honest, reliable and gives me hope in the UK building trade. Highly recommended!
