Excellent job. Punctual. Polite. And the person even went out to get the part. All done quickly and to a great standard.

We find G&K Heating very reliable, and have used them for years. The water in our shower wasn't draining away. The plumber came the next day, phone 15 minutes before to confirm arrival time. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable, and the problem was swiftly sorted. We would definitely recommend G&K Heating.

I called G and K Heating when my boiler unexpectedly broke down in late January 2025. They were the only specialists I called from a long list who were able to get an engineer round to me within the hour. The person I spoke to was helpful and friendly and initially tried to help me diagnose the issue via WhatApp by sending me a link to a YouTube video. Unfortunately I was unable to resolve the problem myself, but Kyle the engineer who came was friendly and diagnosed the fault in good time. Happy with the service I received and would recommend.
