Our toilet seat was broken and it was nearly impossibly to find the company who made the seat to get it replaced. James persevered through and managed to eventually find and fix our seat. We really appreciate his help and his customer service is unmatched.

James was really helpful and talked us through what he would try and do on the phone. When he arrived he solved the issue in minutes meaning we could get our kids into the house.
