I enlisted G & I Contractors Ltd for some building work on our new home. We were on a tight budget and I got several quotes for the job. G&I were the least expensive by a long shot. I found Genc easy to work with, his communication was clear and he kept to his word. His guys turned up promptly at 8am and worked through to 6pm most days. The project was meant to take 3 months, but ended up being 4 months. This was mainly down to us adding on extra jobs along the way. Overall we are really pleased with the quality of the work, specially considering we got it done at a very reasonable price!

I needed to build a new extension and renovate my house fully from inside (kitchen ,bathroom,floor ect) and my friend recommended G & I Contractors which had done some work previously at his house . Genc arrived on time, and was courteous and polite throughout. Highly skilled and communicative he completed each job thoughtfully and methodically, carrying out my wishes whilst making practical suggestions and finishing within an acceptable timescale.

Really good communication with the builder,excellent material work on loft and both of the extensions and a great finishing in the renovation of the house rooms including finishing(paint).Excellent finish in the bathrooms as well(tiling).And I forgot to mention a really good job on kitchen finishing and fitting.

G and I Construction delivered on their promises by keeping to the agreed-upon timeline and providing satisfactory work. Their price efficiency and punctuality were commendable, making my loft and rear extension project a smooth and satisfying experience.

Great experience and will recommend to anyone who needs builders. Construction is not easy but this team will work to satisfy the customer.
