  Provided a quote from the description given, where the garden room was to be constructed a few days prior to skimming. Requested photos of installation when plasterboarding completed and confirmed his attendance two days prior to carrying out the work. Arrived promptly in the morning and completed work by lunchtime for the price originally quoted. Nice and tidy work.
